I see you every morning

Orange and yellow is your glow

I feel the warmth from your core as it fills me

The rays you emit are almost blinding when I look straight at you

A sight that I could sit and watch for hours, just to admire your beauty

Your movements slow, but intense as I watch in amazement

I feel your touch on my skin…like the soft water that flows from the horizon to where I quietly rest

Silky smooth and brightly toned

Your embrace lifts me…brightening all of my days

You put heavenly thoughts in my mind

Inspiring wisdom and intelligence in my understanding, words, and deeds

I also see your sincerity, staying constant and honest to what it is that makes you

Doing what you do the way you know how

Not settling for becoming a mere imitation of another

And because of that, it helps you to change people’s lives everyday

Brightening their eyes with the elegance in your simplicity

That’s one of the many things that makes you beautiful to me

There’s not a man in the world that would rather not have you

And if there is, then they must not know who u truly are…

As you kiss the horizon, you linger

Intangible to the touch of my finger

Sitting here in the sand you overlook every day, watching the beautiful sunrise

Then I feel my beautiful sunrise softly touch my arm

Wrapping her arms around me, and speaking quietly in my ear, is my beautiful sunrise

The one who has the ring on her finger

The ring that I put there with my bare hands

I can only compare her to the beautiful sunrise that I wake up to every morning

Because she has become my morning beautiful sunrise

And every day she rises, I thank God that she is here
